Disclaimer
Liability for content
The contents of our pages have been created with the utmost care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para. 1 DDG under the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.
Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. No illegal content was discernible at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. As soon as we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.
Copyright
The content and works on these pages created by us are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution, and any form of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by us, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is marked as such. If you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please notify us. As soon as we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such content immediately.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

General information on data processing
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
SSL / TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser bar. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Server log files
When our website is accessed, information is automatically collected by the hosting provider in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not combined with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website.
Contact form / Formspree
On our website we offer a contact form through which you can send us a project inquiry. The following data is collected:
- Name
- Email address
- Your message (free text)
We use the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) to process the form data. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) to Formspree servers in the USA and processed there in order to forward your request to us by email.
Legal basis: Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).
Data transfer to the USA: Formspree has committed to complying with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can find more information in the Formspree privacy policy.
Storage period: The data submitted via the contact form is stored by Formspree until you request deletion or the purpose for storage ceases to apply. Mandatory legal provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.
Your rights as a data subject
You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to request information about your personal data stored by us.
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You have the right to have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You have the right to have your data deleted, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your data.
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- Objection (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time.
To exercise your rights, please contact us by email at hello@normkit.digital.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for us is:
Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg
Lautenschlagerstraße 20

Objection to promotional emails
We hereby expressly object to the use of contact data published as part of the imprint obligation by third parties to send unsolicited advertising and information material. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of promotional information, such as spam emails.
